Recap Time:
Go Grandpa!!! My mom and dad visited in April for my dad's race in Boise --Colette and Will came, too and we had a blast (as usual!). Luckily my dad was here to help us when a pipe broke in our crawl space and luckily I heard water gushing at 3:00am so we could turn the water off. ( I really should thank Paige for her terrible sleep habits that saved our crawl space)
THEN: Our best ever was our vacation to Disneyworld in early May. Here's Maci at the airport before we left (so excited! but something in her shoe...)
It's a small world. Paige was screaming with excitement. Maci was crazy as you can see in the picture. But that's just Maci! (:
Highlight: Fairy Godmother told Maci she was as beautiful as Cinderella. We were all enchanted.
Paige at Mickey's Gate. She loved Mickey...from a distance.
My bug-eyed girlies at It's a Bug's Life.
Animal Kingdom was amazing!!!! Maci got to be the volunteer at the Birds of Flight show and sent a big bird flying right towards my head ***twice*** on accident. The crowd was rolling. I was only a little scared, but it was worth it. Maci said, "did you hear it? They cheered for me!"
Animal Kindgdom was our family favorite.
Epcot! Donald didn't say much.
Maci was calling out the fairies from this fairy house at Epcot. Tops my favorite moments at D-world list. I wished so badly that a fairy would fly out of there and make her dreams come true. Maybe I should write to Disney.
Strike a pose, kitty cat! Paige said "pretty" for the first time when she saw Maci with her makeup on. We didn't know she knew that word!
At Hollywood studios...Honey Shrunk the kids. Paige found this water fountain and wouldn't leave it (did I mention it was 93 outside?) Look at those gorgeous blues!
American Idol was our fav. attraction at Hollywood Studios. We watch it as a family and it totally makes you feel like you're there. Here's me and my official "idol" pin. I was in the same room as Aaron Kelly (which means more to Maci, since she thinks he's cute.)
We had such a blast. We want to go back ummmmm now.
Then when we got back we had Josh and Marcie and kids, and Colette and Will and kids, and Amber come to visit for Memorial Day. We loved every minute. Here's bumber cars at Pojos.
Cute Cousins!!!
Then my dad (the best) helped us get this gem. Jared suddenly got way cooler in my book, and I try to find excuses to drive it..."Um, well I have to haul some....groceries and....I just need to drive your truck, ok?"
