Yesterday we went to the Pumpkin Patch. We saw how fresh apple cider was made at the cider press and bought a jug of that (despite the warning label which in so many words says it could kill you) but mmmm was that good! We also had some fresh homemade donuts, fed the goats and geese (watch out, Cory, they will bite!), and chose a big pumpkin perfect for me to ruin while trying to carve it. We had fun despite the freezing cold, rainy weather. *Note*: Maci has a hard time smiling like a normal person in the cold, so she just did these faces instead.

It's been too cold here for us to go to the pumpkin patch, so way to be brave. 'Ekena can't wait to go trick-or-treating and I can't wait to steal her candy...yay for Halloween! She keeps asking me, "mom...where's that Maci? She at home? Sleeping?"
I wish we could have seen Maci at the pumpkin patch. I bet you guys had a blast. Cute pictures!!!
